With the summer holidays fast approaching, the majority of families will be embarking on adventures far and wide over the coming months, so it is essential to ensure that you and your children are up to date with vaccinations.
We spoke to Dr Suzan Abouismaiel, Specialist Paediatrician at Mediclinic Meadows to find out more.
‘Before travelling this summer, we are strongly urging all parents to ensure that their children are vaccinated correctly for the areas they are travelling too. It is up to parents to take ownership of this, to ensure a happy and healthy summer for you and your family.’ she said.
To find out more about which vaccinations you need, speak to your GP or Paediatrician.
